Urban Dead veteran and former commander of the historical and now defunct zombie group Extinction, Othernewguy is currently creating a new zombie group, however the details of that project are, for now, a secret.
- June 6, 2013: After a nearly 5 year hiatus I logged on to my account. With Extinction long gone I sought a new group with which I could put my skill to use. The RRF was still active, so I marched to Barhahville and signed up on their forum.
- June 7, 2013: I'd posted a few times on the forum, although it seemed for the most part inactive. Had the RRF's membership really dwindled down to a handful of players? I'll continue forward. Maybe there is still fun to be had with the RRF.
- June 8, 2013: Although I had showed interest in joining the RRF's Department of Homeland Security, I wanted to make a bigger impact than merely being a basic member. So I sent a message to the leader requesting that I be allowed to create a small division of players dedicated exclusively to attacking Necrotech buildings. I await his response.
- June 9, 2013: I received a reply from the RRF's leader. I somewhat expected him to send the response that he did. Even after nearly 5 years it seems the RRF still holds a grudge with anyone who is a former member of Extinction. How childish! Although they had treated me with disdain in the past when I would try to open talks between Extinction and the RRF, I never held it against them. After all this time though, how could the RRF be so immature? Oh how the mighty have fallen. I pity them greatly, but I will not hold their transgressions against them. If I am not wanted, I will not push the issue. I searched the list of groups and nearly all of them are inactive. I am left with only one choice,. I will create my own group, relocate and start anew. Surely there are others like me, who have been cast aside by the so-called pillars of the zombie community. I will gather them together and we will have a new home. Over time, we will claim a suburb of our own, and those who had shunned us once will be treated as we were. They will be marked for death, named as enemy to us, The Salt The Land Cult.
