Stien the leader of Stien's charter was once a military man. He was at first tempted away from helping the evacuation efforts when he realized the local banks were not being monitered anymore. His greed got the better of him and he abandoned his men to their duty as the sights of riches overwelmed him. Shortly upon gathering all he could he found himself now trapped inside the quarentine. He figured he had to find a way out and would try to bribe his way were ever he could but sadly he couldn't get anywhere with it. He eventually abandoned the cash as other looters did so he could hold more ammo, and decided if he wasn't going to get out he would atleast survive this thing. Along the way he ran completely solo, refusing to work with anyone untill he heard the plight of Bubbason on his quest to track down and finally put his zombie brother to rest, in working with him to hunt him down the group slowly gained others who needed the protection that they could offer, the once military man who turned down the job of leadership for gold, has now in his efforts returned to it in an effort to survive and escape Malton, they call themself the Stien's Charter.
