I have just used up 46 action points and have only hit 4 times, I should of hit atleast 16 times as my weapon is 35%. I am really getting annoyed with this game, I mean how on earth in the first place can you miss a zombie that is standing still. Marcus Bourne 20:32, 25 June 2008 (BST)

Happens to everyone, I'm afraid. Sometimes the random number generator smiles on us, other times it points and laughs. As for the missing a stationary zombie - for the purposes of making a competitive game, some things have to be simulated in a less-than-realistic manner. --Sir Bob Fortune RR 20:40, 25 June 2008 (BST)
No, it's not that you "should" hit 16 times every time you spend 46 AP, it's that on average you do that. Put another way, half of the time you do worse than 16. --Midianian|T|T:S|C:RCS| 20:53, 25 June 2008 (BST)
If it is totally random why even put a percentage next to the weapon because to be honest no matter what the number is it makes no real difference. Marcus Bourne
It makes a difference over time. That's what randomness is. Take some dice and try yourself. --Midianian|T|T:S|C:RCS| 16:29, 26 June 2008 (BST)

Template:South Blythville Barricade Plan

Hola, Marcus. Hey, before making changes to a suburb's published barricade plan, it's usually best to discuss it with other folks who live and work there. There are dozens of us who work the revive point at Gee Avenue, and we count on being able to get back inside after a run... people start following your plan, and they'll wipe out all of our entries. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 21:31, 25 August 2008 (BST)

Sorry, it is just that I was trying to get it inline with the standard barricading policy thing. Marcus Bourne 11:39, 30 August 2008 (BST)
I understand that. The UBP is a good guideline, but individual suburbs are always encouraged to deviate from it as local conditions dictate. Around the Gee Avenue revive point, it makes more sense to use Lawrence and Land Bank as entry points, buildings that wouldn't ordinarily be enterable under the UBP, and so the folks who live there have done for years now. No worries. See you around Hazeldine. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 18:16, 30 August 2008 (BST)
