Originally the Sanguine was a gentleman's club, created on a whim by intellects studying Pathology, Philosophy, Virology. At that time, the members worked in the research departments of [[Martha General Hospital]] and [[Ephrem General Hospital]], developing viruses to accelerate human resistance and secretly evolution. Many were considered failures, and later sent to a [[NecroTech]] compound for destruction. However, in 2001 an inquiry was made as to whether NercoTech actually did. The inquiry suggested NecroTech did in fact destroy the strains, except for one; The XVo7 Virus. | Originally the Sanguine was a gentleman's club, created on a whim by intellects studying Pathology, Philosophy, Virology.
