Neutral Zone Two Benzuli Expansion maintain control of Neutral Zone Two. The upkeep and well-being of the Zone is our responsibility, and sovereignty is preserved through equal parts trust, respect and force of arms. Encroachment upon and violation of Neutral Zone Two shall invoke the full wrath of Benzuli Expansion. Buildings designated neutral ground remain areas in which killing of survivors by other survivors is entirely prohibited, under penalty of death. No player-killing, bounty-hunting or warfare is to be conducted within neutral ground. Violaters of this will be added to the Blacklist, and hunted down at every opportunity.
