With the 2009 update came TALL MONUMENTS


(Scanning the skyline, you can see: a tall monument!)


Using the binoculars from ground level will show only Tall Monuments, not short ones.

This page is dedicated to figuring out what monuments are considered "Tall" by doing a sweep of the city. Please help me

In order to correctly identify them as being tall, you must get at least 2 blocks away, and use your binoculars. A text will appear if it is saying Scanning the skyline, you can see: a tall monument
