Barricade Policy

It is recommended under the Wray Heights Barricade Plan to keep this building VSB at all times. Its purpose is to serve as an entry point and shelter for low-leveled survivors. This is in keeping with the Uniform Barricading Policy, as this location serves as an entry Point to the Police Station.
