According to the [[Randallbank Barricade Plan]], Kelreher Walk Police Department must never be more than Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded. This building serves as a shelter for [[survivor]]s without [[Free Running]], an [[entry point]] for those who have learned it, and a place to resupply firearms and ammunition. Therefore it must be kept accessible at all times, unless the building is currently under siege from numerous zombies, in which it can be Extremely Heavily barricaded. When the danger has passed, the barricades should be torn down so everyone can access it again.
