St. Chad's Church
Eastonwood [32,20]
Basic Info:
|
St. Chad's Church [32, 20] is located in the northern section of Eastonwood.
Description
The narrow yellow-stone building split by a large, diagonal crack was one of the many parishes of Maltons roman Catholics. Like St Marcellus's Church it drew it's following more from the many shelters at the train stations of Shuttlebank rather than the richer St Antheros's parish which mainly consisted of middle class families from Darvall Heights. In 1985 due to the lack of finaciall aid from the diocese and the mysterious death of the priest padre Frank Montag the church closed and thus became a hideout for various gangs who took over these abandoned areas in the late 1990s. The building itself was not of any significance until after the breakouts when people turned towards such places for shelter, and soon afterwards got equiped with NecroTech supplies. Beginning with it being the first Revive Clinic of the PMS Clan, it became a work place for many NT's from the surounding laboratories even after the Clan disapeared.
History
The church were named after Saint Chad of Mercia, a anglo-saxian abbot and bishop. His patronages include Mercia, Lichfield and astronomers.
