Suggestion description

Rather than the Fuel Can only be used for a practical purpose a survivor can douse a corpse in fuel then light it by shooting the flammable area. (The assumed action is that you hit something that can spark.)
This action would then cause the corpse to spend an Extra 5AP to stand up. It can only be used on one corpse.

Seeing as most survivors are not stocked on fuel cans it is unlikely that people will abuse this.
It does not efficiently bypass the Zombie Hunter skill seeing as it is hard to find a fuel can.
It makes the survivor choose to use it for light, or use it to help defend his current building.
It will help with mall sieges, BUT not enough to push the balance either way. This is because it can only be used on one corpse, and not every person in the mall will be carrying one.

:#Change - I think that it should be bought under the zombie hunter skill as to stop zerging and greifing.
