Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

The Carse Building

Description

Looming over Sowth Road, it is a large white-stone building surrounded by burnt-out cars since the early outbreaks of the disease.

Barricade Policy

This building is in accordance with Roywood Barricade Plan and kept at Extremely Heavily Barricaded.

Current Status

The doors are extremely heavily barricaded. Perfectly safe. No zombie in sight.
