Significance
The Dufty Building is a Safehouse in Ruddlebank. It is a very low-profile target, being a building that is not a Necrotech Building, but it is a good place to sleep, as it is within easy reach of all resources if you possess Free Running. It is right next door to a fire station, two blocks of free running away from a hospital, three away from a necrotech building, four away from a police station, within easy reach of a cemetary for a revive point, not to mention the short distance to Tompson Mall, making a trip there and back on 50 AP easily accomplished.
