Serving through many years of reconstruction, reconfiguration, and buisness, the Motel's final service days were tragic. A person was murdered, a carjacking occured, reports of several rapes, and vandalism all occured within the Motel's vicinity in the span of 2 weeks pre- and 1 week post-outbreak. This is due to the fact that the nearest Police Department is in nearby [[Rhodenbank]]. After it was evacuated, the vacant property became the sleeping safehouse of [[Zombra's Pub]] in times of hardship.
