Sister complex to the Hatson Building, Mashman has fared slightly better. To contrast the waterfall in Hatson, Mashman had a 2 story statue of a Demorcia, the patron saint of sales and savings.  She stands upright with her left arm raised waving goodbye to high prices and her right hand in her pocket. Over the years she has been tagged and vandalized. Her left hand now flipping the bird and various crudely drawn body parts decorate her dress.
