History

Current Status

Outside

You are standing outside Newbury Library, a derelict grey-stone building with black crosses painted across its doors. The building's doors have been left wide open, and you can see that the interior of the building has been ruined.

Inside

You are inside Newbury Library. Shelves and racks have been smashed and toppled, with torn books scattered out across the floor. A thin layer of dust covers the debris. The doors to the street have been left wide open.

Barricade Policy

Zombie Barricade Plan

This building should not be barricaded and instead Ruined in accordance with The Dead Barricade Plan set forth by local zombies, who routinely monitor the barricade level for this building. This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran zombies. Zombies who find the building's barricades above their assigned level are asked to assist in lowering them in order to help ensure the safety of all the zombies inside the building. Any survivor found raising the barricades may be directly "put to the question" by any zombies present at that time. If this happens the accused survivor must present a valid reason for their actions or be labeled a human sympathizer and be judged accordingly.
