Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

Currently the location of Panter's Pizzeria - Malton's best place for a delicious slice of pizza! Known for serving only the choicest ingredients than can be scrounged from dusty back rooms, Panter's Pizzeria is currently offering Veggie, The Works and freshly obtained Pepperoni, though the origin and identity of the meat is a closely guarded trade secret! Serving both survivors and the breathing impaired, zeds are welcome to enjoy a slice of Brain pizza with barbaga zaarz but are encouraged not to kill proprietor Modris since he's the only one who knows how to cook.
