The building's doors have been left wide open, and you can see that the interior of the building has been ruined for some time. Somebody has spraypainted "P * % C @" onto a wall. Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

History

Named after Malton's most famous Kung-fu master - Bruce Yea.

• Floors 1-3 housed a collection of martial art exhibits and also had the world famous 'Yea Room', a realistic recreation of Bruce Yea's apartment when he lived in Ridleybank.

• Floors 4-10 were residential apartments
