*'''[[Eye in the Sky]] (Binoculars map)'''
:This would take a bit of work initially, but it is very similar to the scent death map but in more detail, images would have to be scaled down slightly and the map would be huge in its entirety (maybe just show a centered grid at a time) but extremely useful I believe. If people could submit images from their binoculars from numerous locations we could create a map showing exactly how many zombies are where. May not even have to do the entire suburb, but that would be the most accurate. --[[User:Bufster007|Bufster007]] 08:21, 24 May 2008 (BST)

Revision as of 04:01, 1 November 2008

This is a queue for current community projects that need to be worked on. There is no need to post something here before getting started, this area is just to help get the community involved and ask for help. If you would like to work on a project just post within the subheading what you are doing or would like to do, and add yourself to the members list. If you would like to create a new project put it at the bottom of the page using the following format.

Adding a Project

*'''Title of Project'''
:What you are proposing, and why you think the wiki needs this.

Cycling Projects

Once a project is announced here, It will stay under New Projects for 3 months. After this time, if it is still active (has had an edit on its page within 1 month), it gets moved to Active Projects. If it has not had an edit in on month or has been completed, it gets moved to Old Projects

Once a page has been in Old Projects for 6 months and hasn't been resurrected, it is moved to Projects Archive.

New Projects

Please remove entries more than 3 months old and put them in either "Active Projects" or "Old Projects"

Active Projects

The NT Status Map has gotten a pretty hefty facelift recently, and works pretty damn nice now. Its also being gradually cross-integrated with the Necrotech Information Center. If you frequently spend time in one or several NT buildings, you could help out by keeping just that one building updated. If you travel a lot, you could update some of our remaining "blind spots". Works equally well for zombies and survivors- the map focuses on simple building function and construction.

To compile data of all searches. Now with christmas stuff!

  • Families of Malton
To establish consistant "Histories" (for RP purposes) of the Families of Malton relying heavily on building names, Wiki contributions of others on Locations List tabs, and Miscellaneous writings including the Outbreak Lexicon.

This project is a repository of journals and other stories written in the UD universe.

  • NPOV Suburb Pages
The suburb pages are usually filled with POV material. It is the aim of this project to make everything on the suburb pages into NPOV. Any POV material must be placed on the talk pages under a dated heading. The only restriction is that you cannot NPOV a suburb page that your group, allies, or enemies are involved in.

Old Projects

Please put inactive/completed projects here. If a project has been under thsi heading for 6 months, please move it to Projects Archive.
