Hells Fargo was originally a member of the Dulston based group Dead vs Blue. He served the suburb quite well and became a notable member of it with his quirky remarks and knack for gunning down PKers while in the mall. However, as more and more PKers lives were taken by his hands...he grew to need the feeling of the kill. He grew to desire it. That's when he was called upon...
Now he's nothing more than a shadow. But one you should fear.
