Scarback was a normal human. Well kind of normal. He was a serial killer. He killed at least a known dozen people, and suspected of at least a dozen more. Most people said he did it for a cult trying to raise the dead, which may explain why some people blame the infection on him. He went to jail, and about a year after all the murders the infection broke out.
Scarback is a feral zombie who roams around attacking all in his path. He is the most blood thirsty and vicious zombie to have ever graced this earth. He wishes to be the leader of the zombies and lead them into a brutal victory over the sweet blooded humans.

Well his prison fell a few weeks after the quarantine because of mass rioting and escapes. Everyone one in the prison was attacked and either killed or infected and came back soon after. All except Scarback; he was mauled viciously. This mauling left the scars on his back that give him his name.

Scarback lived on for a while before finally becoming a zombie. He fought the infection and almost won if it wasn't for another zombie attacking him a few days after escaping the prison. He transformed into a zombie and then killed the zombie that killed him by ripping off his head.

Scarback forgot all about his past life once he turned. He was just focused on killing and eating anything with sweet blood. The sweet blooded ones were the ones killing his kind and he wants to stop it.
Scarback does not remember nor does he wish to remember his life before becoming a zombie. He doesn't know his real name, where he is from or if he had a family. He is happy with killing and eating the fools who kill his kind.

He has the zombie equivalent to human dreams that he will lead a zombie into a glorious victory over the sweet blooded ones. He wants to turn the whole world into ruins and wasteland. He wishes to be the strongest zombie warrior every to grace the Malton and the world.
Scarback wants the world to be a desolate wasteland and ruins. He wants the obviously more powerful zombies in charge of the world and is going to do everything in his power to make this dream come true. He acts like a wolf or a lion; he goes for the throat to try and kill and uses growls and roars to communicate.
