Other than the fact that many of my friends are repairing ruins upwards of 90 100 AP to fix, I think this report says everything that really needs to be said:

(5,12) (bic) (statuses) (update) The Frauley Building Cleared of zombies and repaired for the first time in about 2-1/2 months (77 AP to repair). While it may not remain in survivor hands long, the path has been forged, the frontier pushed back that small bit further.
