Post an explanation at the top of your talk page, stating that comments from users x,y and z are unwelcome. A simple note, a bit like at the top of User_talk:Iscariot, but less huge and wordy. You've already made it clear on their talk page that their comments will be unwelcome. If over the course of say 48 hours, any of such users post there, delete the post and explain simply post deleted as per note at top of talk page.
