Where to get help / ideas.

Hiya Liam!

You will find most of the help you need about wiki language at Help:Contents. This will get you the most info. The one thing it might not cover (or as easyly find) is editing the colour of templetes or coding you've copied.

When you see these codes, they're programing the colour of the background - with the 6 letters and number after the # (known as the hexcode) telling the computer what colour to make it. Just go to Help:Web Colours, choose a colour you like, replacing the hexcode with the hexcode of the colour you want (6 letters / numbers with no spaces) and tada.You've changed the colour to something of your own.

You should also look at what others have done for their user pages for ideas. Start with other DEM member's if you want:

Your userpage is your own personal space and is completely your own work - so normally people will not edit it. You can do almost whatever you want on here.

I realized you weren't informed, but your sandbox you created earlier was moved to User:Liam McFlear/User Page Sand Box‎ (as per this move request). Please keep any personal user pages within the "User:" prefix. Your personal pages would be something like: "User:Liam McFlear/Page Name Here" (Usernames are case-sensitive!).
