You had a black background before it was cool. --VVV RPMBG 01:44, 18 September 2010 (BST)

Is it cool now? The sun shone, having no alternative, on the nothing new 02:06, 18 September 2010 (BST)

No, now it's stale. --VVV RPMBG 02:24, 18 September 2010 (BST)
I've done that on purpose. A green fixed-with text on black background plainly has a certain retro appeal for me. (And I'd prefer to use a specific, more "ye olde home computer"-like font to make it clearer, but I prefer even more to make it look good across all browsers and PC set-ups.) And the FU logo is hard to reproduce in ASCII without black background. -- Spiderzed 12:01, 18 September 2010 (BST)
One of my computers can't see the FU logo, and on the other, it looks like it contains 15 over-sized pixels, four of them forming a stair-ish pattern. I could screen shoot it if you want. --VVV RPMBG 19:55, 18 September 2010 (BST)
Can't see whatever's there for FU and 404 - any chance of a screenie? The sun shone, having no alternative, on the nothing new 18:30, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
You seem to lack unicode support. The sig is supposed to look like this right now: Spiderzedsig.png -- Spiderzed 18:42, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Looking at the wikipedia entry, I could apparently fix it with <span class="Unicode">. Check back and tell me if it helped, because my browser shows no change (who always displayed it fine). -- Spiderzed 18:52, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Nope (nor has following the instructions in the link you gave). The sun shone, having no alternative, on the nothing new 18:55, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Assuming that you sit on a M$ Windumb machine, I changed the default font for the fancy characters to Arial Unicode MS and Lucida Sans Unicode, who should support those Unicode characters (despite looking butt-ugly). If that doesn't help, I'm outta ideas for now. -- Spiderzed 19:18, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
Still nothing. Using Firefox on a Windows lappy, and seeing nothing special. The sun shone, having no alternative, on the nothing new 19:20, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
