Rogues Gallery appeals

x-posted from Talk:DEM:

Hello, Xan. The RG forum has a thread for appeals such as the one you describe. -- Atticus Rex mfu pif Δ 19:34, 11 November 2008 (UTC)

Pages in other people's userspace

UDWiki:Specific_Case_Editing_Guidelines#User:_and_User_talk:_pages

Pages in userspace (like User:Spiderzed/whACC list) are the sole property of the owner. Others are generally not allowed to edit it. Minor improvements are usually tolerated (such as fixing obvious spelling or formatting errors). However, your edits aren't covered by that, as completely changing the meaning of an UDWidget contact list entry is a clear-cut bad faith edit.

For now, I'll assume that you just did a newb mistake and won't report you to A/VB. If you do it again, though, I'll bring down the whole wrath of the wiki rules on you. -- Spiderzed 10:59, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

Actually I edited it because it was a mistake, I was correcting you. For example, I kill rogue zerg hunters, if someone is clearly a zerg I will let them be killed a few hundred times. However if someone is in a mall acting alone then they are not a zerg. In fact the only reason it could be said that I kill zerg hunters is when I play as terrans and wipe out a protoss assault force (terrans FTW). As I am innocent of killing good zerg hunters and as I did not give out permission to add my profile (you can only add me if you ask nicely) I felt it only proper to remove myself and fix the mistake on the list.

If what I did is really vandalism then by all means report me. I am not exempt from the rules and hold myself accountable for my actions.--Xan2020 14:44, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

You could use Arbitration if you want to try to force me to delete your profile from the list and/or change the classification, but precedence shows that doing so would be futile. Massively. -- Spiderzed 14:53, 18 December 2010 (UTC)
