Description

The Utz Boulevard Police Dept is working to become the central point of command for police efforts of Newtown in safeguarding the survivors.

History

In the past, Utz Boulevard Police Dept has been a small and rather insignificant department in the small Newtown district. However, with recent changes starting on 3/18/2008, it has begun to change into the central point of command and organization in Newtown, working with the Stallings Drive Police Department, who are leading the efforts of reorganization of the entire Mornroeville police system to protect the people of this great city.

To be kept at a baseline of VSB +2 but at constant readiness to go higher
