On the map below, note that all "colored" buildings are intended to be very strongly barricaded (VSB). All buildings with initials and marked as extremely heavily barricaded (EHB) should always be at EHB. Please note that barricade levels on all other EHB-labeled buildings are 100% optional, though barricading to EHB is recommended.

When in doubt, barricade to VSB; doing so is a more efficient use of your action points, and is more survivor friendly.
