Building Barricade Policy
It is recommended under the Spicer Hills Barricade Plan to keep this building VSB at all times. Its purpose is to serve as an entry point and shelter for low-leveled survivors.
History
In 1889, John Stackmon, a poor cattlehand from Australia, immigrated to Malton. His voyage over was rather unpleasant- his ship was, in order, grounded, seized by pirates, grouned by the pirates, afflicted by the plague, seized by pirates again, quarentined for two weeks in Mail, run aground in Spain, and seized by pirates (again) just outside of Malton's nearby harbor. Frustrated with these constant "delays," Stackmon jumped ship and swam to shore. Having left all of his luggage on the ship, he was forced to walk to Malton on foot. Along the journey he fell in with a band of traveling salesmen, was robbed twice, mugged thrice, and had countless doors slammed in his face.
By the time Stackmon reached Malton, he had witnessed and/or fell victim to every crime in English, American, and Swedish law. Multiple times. Tired of this constant injustice, he signed up with Malton's police force. Thanks to his experience (on the receiving end) with crime, Stackmon rose quickly throught he ranks and was eventually promoted to chief of the Malton Police in 1909.
This station was commissioned shortly after his death in 1961. However, due to a clerical error the station was named 'Stockman" instead of "Stackman."
Since its founding, Stockman Walk Police Department has been vandalized over 5000 times. Mainly with spelling corrections.
