This street is located in the north-western part of Lamport Hills. It was named after the Herbert D. Barrat, a philanthropic grocery chain owner who donated a lot of money to the community and funded the creation and maintenance of Lockwood Park. Like all open land, it cannot be barricaded. Tagging it earns no XP.
