	This location qualifies as a Center of Learning & is considered a neutral zone for all the supporters of this policy. According to the policy, libraries, schools, zoos, and museums in the city of Malton are considered safe places. No survivor in one of these locations may be killed for any reason unless that survivor is a specified enemy.

Current Status

A portable generator has been set up here. It is out of fuel, and connected to a powered-down radio transmitter. The building has been decorated with a conceptual painting and a length of tinsel.

5/25/2009 You lose your footing on the ruined building, and fall to the street below, injuring yourself.You are inside Blesley Library. Shelves and racks have been smashed and toppled, with torn books scattered out across the floor. The wreckage is thick with dust. There are dried, cracked pools of blood across the floor. The doors to the street have been left wide open.Somebody has spraypainted Entry Point, cades at VSB++ onto a wall.There are two zombies here.There is a dead body here.--Dr Mycroft Chris 08:23, 25 May 2009 (BST)
