Communist Party of Malton/NKVD
The NKVD , (Russian: НКВД, Народный Комиссариат Внутренних Дел Narodnyy Komissariat Vnutrennikh )) or People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs is the first and only state security organization of the Marxist Republic. It was created by a decree issued on June 12, 2008, by Maxim Gorky. In addition to its state security and police functions, however, some of its departments handled other matters, such as repairing buildings, and refueling generators.
Mission
The mission of the NKVD is to ensure the security of the state through effective measures against enemy agents, spies, and counter-revolutionary activities designed to sabotage or overthrow The Marxist Republic's socialist system. According to the President of the Marxist Republic the NKVD "will not replace the Ministry of Defense. But, NKVD will be the principle organization operating within the Ministry of Defense." And that "The main work of the Ministry of Defense should be carried out by the NKVD."
Operations
The NKVDs first major operation was during the Pearl Arms Massacre. The Malton Anarchist Federation requested the help of the NKVD after peace talks had failed with the Crabapples. NKVD forces initially tried to mediate and bring about peace, but in light of the wholly unreasonable demands made, the NKVD was finally left with no choice but to attack and destroy the counter revolutionary Crabapple forces. Therefore the MAF in conjunction with the NKVD carried out operations against the enemies of the revolution. In a short space of time, NKVD troops and allied forces uncovered the oppressive and bourgeois elements of Crabapples were also committing gross acts of aggression against the Proletariat and they were swiftly liquidated for these crimes. MAF and NKVD forces also successfully inflitraded the Crabapple estate in West Boundwood and executed the enemies of the revolution. The campaign was a complete success showing the value and skill of the NKVD and MAF forces.
