History
Founded by Alfred S. Donegan in 1979, the Donegan Bank quickly grew providing loans for the many office buildings that dot Raines Hills. After several high profile defaults, Mr. Donegan was forced out of the bank in 1994 by then CFO, Harold Shriver. Mr. Shriver managed to save the bank from ruin by pulling out of real estate and moving the bank into savings and investments.
