Survivor Tactics |
The information on this page or section discusses a survivor strategy. |
The Four "R"s, as I refer to them, is a very simple tactic that is fundamentaly based on the best thing survivors do: run like little chickens. The Four "R"s, as I simply call them, are Retreat, Regroup, Restock, and Return. Of course, Regroup is only possible in a survivor group, but it is still counted in the list.
R: | Page name | How to do it |
---|---|---|
1 | Retreat: | Obviously, this was, is, and always will be, a very prominent Survivor tactic, and is always the first resort for survivors in a zombie seige. They instantly assume that they have no chance, and flee. FORTUNATELY, this entire tactic revolves around that cowardice. Any survivor will do this; simply run away from the battle to a different location. |
2 | Regroup: | This is where the tactic actually begins. It is most usefull in a group, in which, after fleeing, a survivor can either meet up with the group you are affiliated with, or find yourself a nice, search out a nice, safe building to call your own, prefeably a hospital or other place full of FAK's. Heal up, and possibly heal others in the vicinity. |
3 | Restock: | Finally, the working part of this tactic. After you have either found your group, or located a safe place, head to the nearest police Dept and restock on bullets and guns aplenty! Of course, one should never go into battle unprepared. After you have an ample supply of bullets, head over to the nearest working hospital, if you already haven't, and get an FAK or two. These will deffinately come in handy. Also, if you have the ability to use one, grab a NecroTech Syringe. This will come in handy if you come across an ally during the final stage. |
4 | Return: | Alas, the final stage of this tactic, and the easiest to do, if you performed the other ones nicely. Simply go, and return to the place of seige, using a NecroTech Syringe on a freind if you picked it up before. Get to the place of seige, and hope you're not too late. |
Note
- Unfortunately, it just seems that people are too stuborn to fulfill this tactic to it's fullest. They'll retreat, grab a bullet or two, and then return, only to repeat.
- As nice as this is (at least I think so), this tactic is not to be used if only one building is under seige. It'll just be a waste of time, with either the building being taken by zombies or survivors. This tactic should only be used on a suburb-wide battle, where one can retreat to safer suburbs and then return to aid the cause.
Good luck, and remember common sense!
