The Havercroft Defense Plan is a proposed method by which all participating survivors in Havercroft and the surrounding area operate in order to better defend Havercroft generally, and to recover when the suburb collapses.
General Operations
All survivors:
- are to carry a radio, tuned to the Ackland Mall Security frequency of 27.50Mhz, at all times.
- are to carry at least 1 First-Aid Kit on them at all times.
- are to carry at least 1 melee weapon and/or firearm on them at all times.
- armed with a gun should carry at least 3 spare rounds/shells on them at all times.
- should adhere to the barricade plan.
- should strive to keep no buildings, especially tactical buildings, ruined.
