THE BELIEF
The Hippocratic Suggestion suggests that you revive anyone who requires it, regardless of past experience, or other bad feelings.
However, we understand that you aren't all sunshine and smiles, and sometimes you just can't be bothered to heal someone who has put you in a rough spot at one point in your life. Therefore, while we do support people who can revive someone they despise, some people just aren't that disciplined, and so we say that if someone angered you enough to warrant it, you can decide NOT to revive them and you won't be punished.
Therefore, you are given the right to tell people who
- Piss you off
- Have stupid names
- Killed you in the past
- Broke down your barricades/generators/radios
to go to hell.
The Hippocratic Suggestion itself supports PKing, as long as it isn't against you.
