Call me Homepie.
I managed to find a binder full of paper and a pen today. Lucky me - it's probably the only lucky thing that's happened to me since I came into this hell-hole. I got separated from my group yesterday, and then I find out why they were so damn secretive about telling us where we were going - it's infested with zombies! Damn it, all I do is put out fire! I'm not ready to fight zombies! Of course, I have been one of them. Some zombie killed me in my sleep. I... I don't really remember what I did, except some lady stabbing a syringe into me and mumbling something about being careful.
Oh, and if you're reading this and wondering about my real name, it's Matthew. Don't call me that.

Journal Neglect. How sad. I've gotten lots better at using my axe, and all that hacking at zombies have bulked me up a deal. Also, somehow - somehow - I've gotten a job at NecroTech. I'm still a bit confused how that worked.
