A medic found this record after searching the burnt out ruins of Peter General hospital. The transcript describes that a man was rushed in from an ambulance suffering from severe spasm attacks. As he was carted in the man started to thrash about in a fit of what appeared to be blind rage. He struck out and managed to strike a number of nurses and patients with his flailing limbs before he was successfully restrained. All of those cut were treated with alcohol for HIV infection. The man, under examination, was found to be infected by some form of Liquid Viral Transmission and that nothing could be done for him. His heart soon gave up under the strain and he died. His body was sent to the morgue where he was tagged for later processing. After hearing moans from the morgue, patholgists rushed to the scene, where they witnessed the Revival of the human. The man rose from his slab and shambled towards the awaiting victims. One man made it out of the room and sealed the door shut. The moaning could be heard for some time later.
After closer inspection of the hospital, faint moans could be heard coming from a room with a heavy lock barring it in place. Lacking proper resources for a full investigation, the medic retreated to a more stable part of the hospital to search for supplies.
