The London Submersives are hard edged survivors currently residing in Old Arkham. Lead by the Irrepressible Dark Horse, they continue the struggle for humanity through acts of violence and mercy.

A bizarre mix of street fighters, martial artists, professional wrestlers, assassins and mercenaries make up their numbers, and their wrath is a force to behold. They frequently stock up in Thompson Mall, and will help in most causes should they be asked.
