In retaliation for breaking the truce, every survivor in Darvall was Pked

Any repairs or cades were short lived, perhaps a day at most.
The only thing accomplished was making the northwest less safe for humans.

Back Story

For some time The Dead and SoC had an informal truce negotiated in game. Caiger Mall was deemed mutually beneficial, and we thought it best not to be in a PK war with SoC, nor did we have interest in invading Darvall. Focus was on the North and South at the time. Also SoC avoided PKing so they had nothing but benefit from the agreement.

However, even though we were informed internally about the agreement, it seems SoC was not and a shooting war erupted around October 2019. I approached SoC to reconfirm the truce and I was met with "what truce?" and confusion. We then spent several weeks ironing out an actual agreement as detailed here:

The Reality

Both The Dead and SoC were fully aware of the fact that SoC were amassing an army to attack the DMZ and had no intention to honor the truce. TheReality.png

While the peace was kept through the end of the year, in January SoC started complaining about the agreement being breached.
It started as a misunderstanding, but eventually turned into a false flag operation in order to cover their ass.
Regardless, The Dead upheld their end of the agreement and waited for SoC to stab us in the back.

In addition to the misunderstanding, some people joined SoC who had formally been DMZ Insurgents, so we agreed to update our tagging for the person so they would be seen Do Not Kill

In addition to the false flag operation, SoC were harboring Insurgents.
And yet we still stuck to the agreement

False Start

While SoC continued to act like the truce was on, our scouts could see the army amassing on our borders.

A couple days ahead of the strike an SoC member jumped the gun.
So in addition to knowing back in October they were going to backstab us, it was obvious what was coming.
