Neutral Point of View
The Order of the Blood Dragon is a PKing group who target anyone and everyone that's standing. They will accept alliances, but only with those who they deem 'honourable'. What do they mean by this? Depends who's accepting the alliances.

History
When Walach Harkon captured Blood Keep, he had gained considerable power. However, having been defeated in a siege dishonourably fought by the Empire, Walach and his fellow Blood Dragons were forced to flee for the first and last time in their dread unlives. Having reformed the Order of the Blood Dragon, Walach seeks to expand his small Empire by taking the City of Mousillon from Bretonnia, who already have lost control of this once proud city. Once this is achieved Walach will truly be a threat to mankind and his Blood knights will take what is rightfully theirs. Walach currently has no power in Mousillon as he is seeking foes worthy to bestow vampirism to, but once he has established a foothold, the slaughter will truly begin.
Current Conquests and Events
April 2009- Walach has overpowered his Blood Thirst and came out of his feral state, now beginning his eventual conquest of Mousillon. The Hunt has began.
Blood Dragon Organization
The Blood Dragons in Mousillon revolve around a strict heirarchical system in which one can only elevated one's status by valour at arms and honour on the battlefield. They have formed a Vampire Council in which every Vampire has a vote on plans for conquest and tactical decisions, but some have more power over others via the heirarchy.
Grand Master of the Order of the Blood Dragon "Walach Harkon"The highest ranking of Blood Dragons. Walach is leader of the Blood Dragons and has overall command, he is the most experienced of the forces and his vote in Council is equal to that of 3 Blood Knights.
Blood Dragons The Blood Dragons help the Grand Master lead troops and play a pivotal role in the making of decisions, hence their votes are equal to those of 2 Blood Knights. The Blood Dragons lead the Order in battle with vicious precision and skill.
Kastellan/Standard Bearer/Musician These are specialist roles amongst the Order as these warriors have specific tasks in addition to those of a Blood Knight. The Kastellan is leader of a squad of Blood knights (normally 5 Vampires including the Kastellan) and makes tactical decisions when required on behalf of his squad. The Standard Bearer establishes territory for his squad making it clear who is ruler of certain regions. The Musician is the communicatiosn for his squad giving pivotal information to the Vampire Council about troop positions and other such tactical data.
Blood Knights These are newly sired vampires, having been gifted the Blood Kiss, these are relatively new to the Order but still have some influence in the voting system. These are the majority of the vampires in Mousillon and will always have the opportunity to spill more blood.

If we list you as an enemy don't be offended but see it as an honour that you have yet another foe to face in battle. Please give us a signature next to your group name to confirm this state of affairs and we will doubly enjoy facing you as official foes.

Law
You wouldn't think that Vampires care much for lawfulness but to us Blood Dragons it is important that you follow a few simple rules and I have added in a few bits of advice as well that I would like you to agree to (the advice is your choice though).
1. Blood Dragons never retreat and never surrender, to do so would insult our Lord Abhorash.
2. We are Vampires, we slay who we choose, and we do not fear death.
3. We don't kill survivors under level 10 unless it is necessary.
4. We work together, fight together, and die together.
5. We kill all cowards, traitors, cheats and dishonourable foes.
6. Do not offend or disgrace Blood Dragons in any way.
7. We kill those that offend or disgrace Blood Dragons in any way.
8. We would gladly sacrifice ourselves for our fellow Blood Dragons.
9. We obey our leaders, no exceptions.
10. We honor our elders, leaders, and fellow Blood Dragons, we honour the decisions of the Council as final.
11. We kill any who kill us, we repay our debts to those who revive us as well.
12. We believe in honour, we will face down insurmountable odds if need be, and we, will triumph.
13. No Blood Dragon loss is forgotten.
14. No prisoners, no mercy.
15. We are mankind's greatest threat. Our many kills shall serve as testament to this. Feel free to list kills while a human and with which weapon as I have done.

Spies
Please no spying on our pages to gain information to our detriment, this is just a game so don't make it bad for us simply to benefit yourselves, thankyou in advance and I promise that if any of our members ever spy, or do other such disgraceful nonsence, I will remove them from the group for such gross misconduct.
The Hunt
This is the activity that is to be started by a Blood Knight after 1 Month's Service for the Order:
Look up the Top Ten Human Groups at that time and record them, then say you are going on the hunt and show the target group's leaders on the discussion page.
These are our targets, your task is to bring the heads of their commanders (get proof by a print screen or some other valid proof that you have killed them in human form), you must complete this task within a year of being set said task to earn the promotion.
Completing the mission faster will eanr you greater prestige and honour.
