Suggestion talk:20070814 No Genny in Ruined Building

I am kind of in the "middle of the road" about this suggestion. I mean... it's not like the zombies are "tearing the walls down" or something like that. Ransacking is just throwing stuff around, and generally making the place a mess. "Ruining" is specfically a building falling into disrepair - not some zombie chewing on electrical cords.

I'm just not sure how to feel about this --Ryiis 22:16, 14 August 2007 (BST)

There is currently no real point to ruining a building, this would give it one--Karekmaps?! 23:06, 14 August 2007 (BST)
The real point to ruining a building is to make it harder for lower-level survivors to re-occupy it. BRR Clinics have it bad enough as it is. Realism doesn't mean fun. Anyway, aren't combat revives nerfed enough as they are? Anotherpongo 08:46, 15 August 2007 (BST)
Combat revives are extremely effective, no ammo costs, 1 ap and you almost always have a target you can hit, no chance to miss, with a generator you can use them on everyone if in an NT. Combat revives are very much unnerfed. Also, construction isn't exactly a high level skill, many players get it at a low level for the sake of autonomy, it's much like free running and is very common.--Karekmaps?! 09:45, 15 August 2007 (BST)
