One fine addition to this suggestion would be to allow people to carry over 150+% encumbrance, but then you wouldnt be able to free-run. up to 100$ = normal, up to 130$ = +1 ap to move, shot and stuff, up to 150+ = no free run. --People's Commissar Hagnat ^{[cloned] [mod]} 16:58, 11 October 2007 (BST)

The 130 is worse then the 150 in that case, free running isn't needed if you have the right items.--Karek^maps?! 20:05, 11 October 2007 (BST)
