As I know php... Not "soooooo hard", just "so hard" :) If words (string constants) located in separate file (I think they are), we just make another file with another language and select one of this depending of player settings... it's a simple scheme, too simple for Russian, but it will be better than a translation sites. Nice idea, but somebody would have to provide the translation texts (unless we limit this to languages Kevan knows). That being the case. it would be just as easy for us users to collect examples of all the texts Kevan uses, with correlating translations, and make a greasemonkey script that replaces the former with the later. Note that this would work pretty well even if the GM script is incomplete; phrases it doesn't recognize would just be left in the original form. It would be pretty easy to set up a translation project here on the wiki; if other people provided the stock phrases and translations, I;d be willing to do the GM code.

Translating forums? are you sane? there is more than enough russian forums and resources, so even wiki doesn't need to be translated. As for the amout of work - i myself already did such things, it's not a problem. --~~~~ [talk] 22:08, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
