While noted NecroTech scientist, Caleb Usher, never worked at Anne General Hospital he commended the D.I.T.P.S for their efforts to bring proper medical aid to their fellow survivors. Caleb himself once served as the head surgeon for Blaise General Hospital, until zombies ended all of his efforts in the hospital long ago, so the well-known scientist is always vocal in his support of others whose goal is to take up the same cause as he once did.
