Talk:Mall Security Alliance
I am the Sergeant of a three-man Rapid Tactical Force at one of America’s largest indoor retail shopping areas. Although there are typically between fifteen and twenty normal security officers working the beat there, we decided a while ago that it would be best to have a specilized force for violent individuals. We use modified electric vehicles and can be anywhere on a given floor within eight and a half minutes.Naturally, the regular security people are unarmed. We “RTFers”, by arrangement with the local police, carry high-strength OC spray and batons. If we have a full tactical alert and permission from the local LEOs we also have a Mossberg 500 with less-lethal rounds and two K-frame Smith .38s loaded with 158gr. LRN.Basically, the situation is that we get the call, we lock up the situation, put everything five by five, and cordon the area until the local authorities arrive. We’re cops, we just don’t get the glory. --Cyberbob 09:14, 27 January 2009 (UTC)
Pissed as Hell
I noticed that you seem to have poached my group's radio frequency from the radio listing page, despite there being plenty available. Can you elaborate? If it's a mistake, please let me know, as this seems incredibly underhanded.--Bishop Vagancia I 22:02, 27 March 2009 (UTC) F.C.G.
- After an investigation, it appears that you are apparently not at fault. I apologize.--Bishop Vagancia I 11:01, 29 March 2009 (BST)
Joining
I represent a group that fits most of your criteria. We remove PKers, GKers and zombie spies from malls, institute standardised barricading policies wherever we go and always ensure that there are reliable entry points to all the malls we visit.
We are a mobile group and hope to achieve our aims at every mall in Malton.
We support the notion of Casual Fridays, indeed we encourage all our members to be permanently pantsless.
We often go shopping and don't skateboard that much.
Can we join? -- . . <== DDR Approved Editor 04:21, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
Nice, but you bring your fair share of PKers etc--Athur birling 20:24, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
Is your Radio frequency still in use?
2010 Group Radio Activity Query | |
In order to maintain the wiki as an up to date source of information groups are occasionally removed from the Radio pages when they are no longer active.
Is this group still actively using the frequency specified on the Radio page as theirs? If so simply confirm here by writing something below. If not, it's frequency will be removed from Radio pages in 14 days. |
I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience or it seems relatively stupid when put into context of your group, but it is our interest to treat all groups on the same level when doing these purges. A reply within 2 weeks will be greatly appreciated. -- LEMON #1 12:53, 25 August 2010 (BST)
