Perceived deficiencies
- The SW quadrant is low on VSB buildings. To a lesser degree, so is the NW quadrant.
- Which barricade levels exactly should the two NT buildings have?
- This default BP has 13 VSB buildings (assuming both NT Buildings to be VSB) and 57 EHB buildings. At least three more must be downcaded to VSB, preferably in the Western half.
