The Hillard Road Police Department is prone to zombie attack, having at least three coordinated break-ins a week. As such, its VSB status is rather odd. The Sever building next door, on the other hand, serves no constructive purpose as an EHB building. I propose that the Hillard Road PD be changed to EHB, while the Sever building be lowered to VSB status. --Juri Arisugawa 18:54, 2nd December 2006 (EST)

It's been a while since this topic came up, but I completely agree with Juri Arisugawa--Sever is too convenient an entry point to be kept at EHB. It would provide easy access to the only NecroTech in Danversbank, as well as easy access to both PD's. I recently took an informal survey of active players in the Hillard Road PD, Sleway Row PD, and the Necrotech in the Kynaston Building (all of which depend on entry points in that building block). All the respondents want Sever lowered to VSB. It's about time that we make the change official. --Maomao200 04:05, 21st March 2010 (EST)
