What's with the barricade plan? There seem to be extremely heavy barricades going up everywhere. Just got killed by a zombie because an alleged entryway is now closed by some berk!

- I'm noticing the same thing. The entry point on Rawlinson Drive Radio Station is off. I had to come in through the Simper Building, and that thing was almost ransacked. Anybody want to start a group to maintain the Barricade status in Spracklingbank? --Chris Greene 12:39, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

- Yeah. So much for the "barricade plan". I hit *three* buildings supposed to be kept at VS+2 before succumbing to a zombie -- first time dying in the game having played a long while. If this is the result of PKers, well then, good job I guess. Mission accomplished. But if this is anyone else, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?! Zmobie's revenge 11:13, 13 February 2007 (UTC)Zmobie's revenge

-we can add Cudworth Firestation to the list of over barricaded buildings. I just died because some douchebag blocked me out -norms29

- Sigh. The Chippet Grove Police Station is also "extremely heavily barricaded" --- no ammo for this first level character. Bleah. TommyVee 07:02, 12 July 2007 (BST)

- Same thing today. One of my characters was heading for Cornelius hospital, but it is caded EHB, as is Woolf Auto Repair! I went to all the buildings in the area and I'm now out on the street with no AP left. Someone needs to monitor the cades in this 'burb! --Lois Millard 03:15, 13 September 2007 (BST)

- Found this on YouTube. I hope you don't think it is inappropriate. I'm dedicating it to the over-caders of Spracklingbank. Enjoy. clicky--Lois Millard 03:31, 13 September 2007 (BST)

-With regards to Cornelius General being overcaded, did you happen to notice the 120+ zombie horde right outside the doors? The hospital has been under siege with no less than 50 zeds since mid May. In that time Cornelius was only lost to the zeds three times, twice in one day and once to the LUE, thanks in no small part to the cades being kept at EHB. Club Swabey just 2 blocks west, 1 block north in Heytown is maintained as an EP Lois.--P Jack 06:40, 16 September 2007 (BST)

I do understand why Cornelius General was overcaded in this case. What I don't understand is how you expect survivors to know which buildings are EPs in these situations. I went around the entire area using about 15AP looking for somewhere to enter and did not find anything, nor did I see any graffiti directing me to an EP. It isn't like I arrived in the area with little or no AP - I had plenty, but it still did me no good.--Lois Millard 11:54, 17 September 2007 (BST) (sorry - I did not sign this when posted)

-Not only Swabey is maintained as an EP, but the Vellacott Building 1N of Cornelius as well. Some combatrevived Zombies (and survivors who don't think about what they do) still try to upgrade the 'cades, but usually they're at VSB. Since the increase of zombies outside (as P Jack says, the count of dead and standing zeds is above 100 all the time), especially GKers think it's funny to turn of the lights. That's why we, the Craskers, try to keep the 'cades at the nearby auto-repairs at EHB as well. The Barricade-Plan NEEDS to be updated. --Elbi 11:45, 16 September 2007 (BST)

Yes - I agree. An update is necessary as I was following the cade plan to many buildings that were supposed to be VSB (auto repair buildings, for example) and that may have led to my downfall. Maybe an addendum to the plan in the case of a large zed attack would be in order.--Lois Millard 11:54, 17 September 2007 (BST) (my bad, I forgot to sign when added)
An addendum would be a good idea, if the zombies weren't around Cornelius for several months now. It seems that we won't get rid of them anytime soon and writing "in case of emergency..." is just reasonable if there isn't an emergency all the time, imho. --Elbi 16:56, 16 September 2007 (BST)
You make a good point. If having this level of zombie presence is "normal" then the barricade plan should be revised to reflect what is in practice under "normal" circumstances. --Lois Millard 11:54, 17 September 2007 (BST)
