Current Events

This sounds like a fun event. Have you considered posting it on the Current Events? I only know about this event because I got lucky enough to break into a building in Havercroft, so I could just as easily have missed this entirely. On the other hand, the current events accessible to everyone.

Some of the KoSJ are planning to attend this function, but we were wondering what you were going to do about the rampaging zombie horde currently in Ketchelbank? Are we going to hold it inspite of the zombies, who will most assuredly tear us apart? Or are we moving it to somewhere else? Whats the plan? --Cdrwcry 21:20, 28 October 2006 (BST)

  • The plan is to go ahead and do it regardless of the danger. The hordes in Ketchelbank have thinned out in the last few days and we're moving back in. There will be a bit of a struggle, so we would appreciate any assistance we can get from early arrivals to the party, but right now, the zoo area is reasonably safe and our revive point is functioning well. Barricading the Reptile House during the Hootenanny

Good thing my zombie alt had AP left when he got to the zoo - I had to bash my way in. Excluding zombies from the festivities is not part of the Halloween spirit! Paul Brunner 12:55, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

I should have been clearer - I know the Zoo staff has always been good about keeping the zoo accessible to zombies. I meant this more as a heads-up that others were barricading, since I didn't know how often staff would be checking in.   • Thanks for that Paul - we keep a eye on those barricades all the time but it's still helpful to get a heads up before our staff members inside wake up or one of the survivors trots down to leave a tasty snack for the zombies.
