Template talk:Loser
I don't know what I'm doing, and the help page is confusing me. HELP!
I was trying to put in variables with pre-defined defaults, but that didn't work. It kept putting in those stupid "{{{ }}}" things. So I took out the variables and somehow messed up the template.
I just want my template on the left side of the page and to not have to put in a dozen blank lines in places where it's used to keep text from overlapping it. I think I had it like that, but then I changed something and it screwed up, but I can't figure out which version was the right one. --Ms.Panes 07:08, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
- When doing a default use {{{VariableName|DefaultValue}}}, not an = sign. Other than that I don't really know what you're saying the problem is.--Karekmaps?! 07:11, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks. The other part I was having trouble with is that, when I put the template on my page, and try to write some text, the text goes to the right of the template. Like this:
![]() |

I am writing stuff here.
I don't want it to be here.
I want it under the template, not next to it.
I had to put in like, nine lines, to get it to go under the template. How do I make it so I don't have to do that? --Ms.Panes 19:48, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
